Vintage 1950s Signed Napier Book Piece Modernist Cabochon Clip Earrings – 2 Pieces

Hard to find 1950s Modernist amorphic goldtone Florentine finish with cabochon faux-sapphire butterfly clip back earrings. Marked “Napier Pat. Pend.” Measure: 1 1/8 inches long by 1 1/16 inches wide. Condition: Fair; some small dark marks, light wear to front, wear to backs. Earrings like these except with red rhinestones are shown on pg. 290 of Melinda L. Lewis & Henry Swen’s book “The Napier Co.: Defining 20th Century American Costume Jewelry.”
