Ornamental Louis XV walnut banquette, France, mid-18th century: on four curved slender legs rectangular seat, newly upholstered with fine linen jacquard of LEITNER manufacture. Raised, delicate armrests in formal correspondence to the legs. Fine floral and volute carving. Condition: Very good, min. signs of age and use, surface refreshed, new upholstery.
