19th Century Original Weathered Oak French Low Work Bench. Absolutely stunning very heavy low workbench typically handmade in situ from a local piece of timber. The top is one heavy solid piece of weathered oak with a lifetime of scars and history and with the most beautiful soft scrubbed color and texture. The crude trestle type legs are notched into the top and the bench has a useful lower shelf which is 23 cm deep. Perfect as a statement console table. Very heavy and robust.
