Vintage Design
Very elegant Italian Art Deco Mid-Century Modern dry bar cabinet, in beautiful veneer walnut briar burl wood, two doors and with great antique brass handles. When opened, on the right side an amazing interior part in mirrors mosaic and side glass shelves ideal as glass holders. The left part, that used to be a vinyl record player and holder now offers an extra bottle and accessories space with a wooden shelf. The unique and typical design and shapes, highlighted by the bottom base, make this a true statement piece in any interior style. The Art Deco style, that preceded Hollywood Regency and thereafter Mid-Century Modern, is all about making a big statement and was considered very glamorous, elegant, functional, and modern. Softly shaped patterns and smooth angles with the generous use of gold, glass, mirror and a variety of expensive and exotic materials. In the style of Gugliemo Ulrich and Vittorio Dassi, that inspired the Italian Mid-Century Modern designers of that years such as Gio Ponti, Melchiorre Bega, Paolo Buffa and Luisa and Ico Parisi.
